Tapsilog | Kanto Grill Filipino Restaurant

Cured beef served with fried rice and eggs

Delicious, savory, and super filling, our Tapsilog is cured beef that is marinated and sauteed. It is usually always paired with savory garlic fried rice, a fried egg, and vegetables like tomatoes or lettuce. The name is derived from Tapa which is Filipino cured beef, Sinangag which is fried rice, and Itlog which is egg. The contrasting flavors of the beef, rice, egg, and vegetables in our Tapsilog make this a great powerhouse meal for busy days! Served with a spicy vinegar dip, Tapsilog is a great starter to a big day. Eat it any time of day as well for a cozy and homely meal. Try it out!
