Want a new spin on our fried fish? Try out our fried Sweet and Sour Fish! Bursting with so many flavors, this is a dish your tastebuds will want to keep craving. Same method as our original fried fish, the fish is cleaned, seasoned and then simply fried to a golden brown crisp. Then, garlic, onion and ginger are sautéed in a pan. White vinegar, water, and tomato sauce are then simmered, and vegetables like bell-peppers, and carrots, as well as sugar is finally added. Finally, the sauce is drizzled over the fish for a beautiful, juicy and savory fish. Make this for dinner with a side of rice/salad or impress your guests with this for a party.
