Quench your thirst with Sago at Gulaman, a refreshing sweet beverage for the hot months. Sago which are tapioca pearls and gulaman which is gelatin, are the main stars of the show. The texture of them make this not only a refreshing beverage, but a fun drink as well. Tapioca pearls and gelatin are first cooked based on the package instructions. Brown sugar is then added to a pot and melted. Then, water and vanilla extract are added, creating a lovely amber-like color. The drink is simmered and cooled. Finally, the sago, gulaman, and mixture are combined with lots of ice to cool the drink to a perfect chilled temperature.
