The name is derived from Longanisa which is Filipino sweet sausage, Sinangag which is fried rice, and Itlog which is egg. Filipino-style sweet sausage is minced pork mixed with garlic, salt, sugar, and vinegar for a balance of many different flavors. It is served with Sinangag which is fried rice, Itlog (egg) and various vegetables. This heavy breakfast will fuel you for the whole day allowing you to power through. Eat it any time of day as well for a cozy and homely meal. Get it and try it out for yourself!
