Dasilog | Kanto Grill Filipino Restaurant

Fried milkfish served with fried rice and eggs

You can’t ever go wrong with fish like Filipino Dasilog. Dasilog is milkfish which is fried to a perfect golden finish making this a satisfying dish for seafood lovers. The name is derived from Daing which is Filipino milkfish, Sinangag which is fried rice, and Itlog which is egg. The sweetness of the milkfish with the umami flavor of the fried rice makes this a delicious balance of many different flavors. If you’re pescatarian or wanting to eat something other than meat, this is the perfect breakfast/filling meal!
