Miki noodles with pork, shrimp or chicken, with vegetables

If you’ve heard of pancit, get ready for Pancit Chami! Pancit Chami is a dish native to Lucena City. It is actually their signature dish and an important element in their city. It is quite popular and a dish worth trying! While it’s similar to regular pancit, the noodles are quite different which makes the texture so interesting and delicious. Our Pancit Chami is made with the same flat Miki noodles. It is stir-fried with your choice of protein (pork, chicken, shrimp, none) with vegetables like carrots, cabbage, and peas. The dish is sautéed in sauces like soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce to create a savory yet slightly sweet flavor. If you love pancit, try out the different variations with our Pancit Chami.
