Bulalo is one of the most famous beef soups in Filipino cuisine. Ask any Filipino and I can guarantee you that they all love this soup! It is incredibly flavorful, savory, yet slightly sweet as well. And the main component of this dish is time and patience. Beef shank is simmered in water with onion and whole peppercorns for almost two hours.
